Iceberg lettuce

Not harmful in small amounts but offers little nutrition.

Small occasional pieces are usually tolerated but nutritionally minimal.

Not recommended as a regular green because it is watery and low in nutrients.

Can be offered occasionally, but darker leafy greens are better choices.
